1. Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What we do
Prismatix Logistics provides truck dispatch and carrier support services. We act as an agent of the carrier to identify freight opportunities, communicate with brokers, negotiate rates, and assist with dispatch coordination and related paperwork.
3. What we are not
- We are not a motor carrier and do not transport freight
- We are not a licensed property broker and do not hold freight
- We are not a factoring company or lender
- We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or insurance services
- We are not an insurer of freight, equipment, or payment
Carriers remain solely responsible for their operating authority, insurance coverage, FMCSA safety compliance, hours-of-service, driver qualification files, equipment condition, and all other regulatory obligations.
4. No guarantees
We do not guarantee loads, freight availability, revenue, rates per mile, or the payment of detention, layover, or truck-order-not-used claims. Freight opportunities depend on equipment type, location, season, broker requirements, and market conditions, all of which change constantly.
Any figures, statistics, or example rates shown on this website are illustrative and provided for general information. They are not a representation of results you will achieve.
5. Dispatch fees
Our fee is an agreed percentage of the linehaul on loads we book for you. The specific percentage, billing schedule, and cancellation terms are set out in the separate written dispatch agreement you sign with us. That agreement governs our commercial relationship and takes precedence over anything stated on this website.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your authority, insurance, and equipment
- Maintain active operating authority and insurance in good standing
- Notify us promptly of availability, delays, breakdowns, and incidents
- Honor loads you have accepted, and tell us immediately if you cannot
- Comply with all applicable federal and state transportation regulations
7. Load acceptance
You are under no obligation to accept any load we present. We do not practice forced dispatch. Once you accept a load, you assume full responsibility for its safe and timely transportation under your own authority and insurance.
8. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting unauthorized access, submitting automated or fraudulent form submissions, or interfering with its operation.
9. Third-party links
This website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prismatix Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including lost profits, lost freight opportunities, cargo claims, or damages arising from broker non-payment.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
