Quit the load board.
Keep your truck loaded.
We find the freight, negotiate the rate, and take the broker calls — so your day is about driving, not about refreshing DAT at a truck stop. One flat percentage. No forced dispatch. Ever.
Dispatching every major trailer type
Every hour on the load board is an hour you’re not paid for.
Most owner-operators lose two to three hours a day to booking freight — scrolling boards, leaving voicemails, haggling over a rate, chasing a rate con that never arrives. That time doesn’t show up on any settlement statement, but you pay for it anyway.
- We work the boards while you’re driving, not after you park.
- Your next load is lined up before you deliver the current one.
- Brokers call us, not you — check calls included.
- Rate confirmations reviewed before you ever sign.
What changes on Monday
Load search
Handled before you wake up, not between deliveries.
Broker calls
Negotiation, check calls, and appointment changes — ours.
Paperwork
Rate cons, carrier packets, BOL and POD follow-up.
Trip planning
A route that gets you home, not a pile of random runs.
Everything between finding the load and getting paid
Dispatch is more than booking freight. These are the pieces we take off your plate.
Load Sourcing & Booking
We work the boards and our broker network so you're not refreshing DAT at a truck stop.
Rate Negotiation
We push for the best rate the market will support, and tell you when it won't.
Broker Communication
Your phone stops ringing. We handle check calls, updates, and problems.
Paperwork & Documentation
Rate confirmations, BOLs, and carrier packets — organized and on time.
Lane & Trip Planning
Loads planned as a route, not one at a time — less deadhead, better weeks.
Detention, TONU & Layover
When a shipper holds you up, we chase the money you're owed.
From first call to first load in about two days
No lengthy onboarding, no software to learn. A phone call and a few documents.
Tell us about your truck
Equipment type, home base, the lanes you like, the ones you won't run, and your target rate. Takes about ten minutes on the phone.
We set you up
We collect your authority, COI, and W-9, and get you into broker carrier packets. Most carriers are ready to book within 24 to 48 hours.
We find and negotiate
We work the boards and our broker contacts, negotiate the rate, and send you the details. Nothing is booked until you approve it.
You drive, we handle the rest
Check calls, appointments, paperwork, and the next load lined up before you deliver. You focus on the road.
One percentage. Nothing hidden underneath it.
We charge a flat percentage of the linehaul on loads we book. That’s the whole fee structure.
You approve every load
We never book without your confirmation. It's your truck, your authority, and your call — we bring you options, not obligations.
Percentage-based, no hidden fees
One flat percentage of the linehaul, discussed up front. No setup fees, no per-load charges, no charge for weeks you don't run.
No forced dispatch, no contracts that trap you
Turn down any load without penalty. Our agreement has a short notice period — if we're not earning our percentage, you shouldn't be stuck.
Figures describe our service terms and coverage area — not a guarantee of loads, rates, or revenue.
If it hauls freight, we most likely dispatch it
Van, reefer, and flatbed are our bread and butter — but specialized freight is welcome.
Reviews go here — once carriers give us permission
We don’t publish invented testimonials. As our carriers agree to be quoted, their words will replace these placeholders.
“This space is reserved for a verified carrier review. We’d rather show you an empty box than a quote we wrote ourselves.”

What carriers ask before signing
The honest answers — including the ones about money.
We charge a flat percentage of the linehaul on loads we book for you. The exact percentage depends on your equipment, lanes, and fleet size, and we agree it in writing before you start. There are no setup fees, no per-load charges, and nothing owed for a week you don't run.
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Rates move with the market, the lane, the season, and the equipment. What we commit to is negotiating hard on every load and telling you honestly when a lane is paying poorly rather than pushing you onto cheap freight.
Never. There's no forced dispatch here. We send you the lane, the rate, the commodity, and the appointment times, and you decide. Turning down a load costs you nothing.
Your MC authority letter, a Certificate of Insurance showing auto liability and cargo coverage, a W-9, a signed dispatch agreement, and a Notice of Assignment if you factor. Most carriers are booked on their first load within 24 to 48 hours of sending those over.
No. Our agreement runs month to month with a short written notice period to cancel. We'd rather keep your business by performing than by trapping you in paperwork.
Yes. New authorities are harder for the first 90 days — many brokers require six months before they'll work with you, and some load boards restrict access. We'll be upfront about which brokers will take you now and which won't, and we work the ones that will.
Put your truck to work this week.
Tell us about your equipment and the lanes you want to run. A dispatcher will call you back — usually the same business day.
