Dispatch support 7 days a week - all 48 states
How it works

Onboarding takes a phone call and five documents

No software to learn, no long-term contract, no setup fee. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you get in touch.

01

Tell us about your truck

Equipment type, home base, the lanes you like, the ones you won't run, and your target rate. Takes about ten minutes on the phone.

02

We set you up

We collect your authority, COI, and W-9, and get you into broker carrier packets. Most carriers are ready to book within 24 to 48 hours.

03

We find and negotiate

We work the boards and our broker contacts, negotiate the rate, and send you the details. Nothing is booked until you approve it.

04

You drive, we handle the rest

Check calls, appointments, paperwork, and the next load lined up before you deliver. You focus on the road.

Step 2 in detail

What you’ll need to send us

Five documents. Most carriers have all of them on their phone already, and you can email or text them over.

Once we have these, we start getting you into broker carrier packets. That setup is the real bottleneck on day one — some brokers approve in minutes, others take a business day. We chase them so you don’t have to.

Your onboarding checklist

  • MC authority letter (or DOT number for intrastate)
  • Certificate of Insurance — auto liability and cargo
  • W-9
  • Signed dispatch agreement
  • Notice of Assignment, if you factor

No document fees. Nothing is charged until we book you a load.

Once you’re running

What a normal day looks like

The rhythm most of our carriers settle into after the first week.

Morning

Your dispatcher has already worked the boards for your delivery market. You get a short list — lane, rate, commodity, appointment window — and you pick. Or you pass, and we keep looking.

On the road

Brokers call us for check calls and updates. If an appointment moves or a receiver is running behind, we handle the rescheduling and let you know what changed.

Before you deliver

Your next load is already being worked so you’re not sitting empty at the dock. If you asked to be home Friday, we build the week backward from that.

Pricing

A flat percentage of the linehaul

We take an agreed percentage of the linehaul on loads we book for you. The exact figure depends on your equipment, your lanes, and how many trucks you run — we agree it in writing before you start, and it doesn’t change without your signature.

We don’t publish a single number on this page because quoting a percentage before knowing your operation would be a guess. Call us and we’ll give you a real one in about ten minutes.

  • No setup or onboarding fee
  • No per-load charges on top of the percentage
  • Nothing owed for a week you don’t run
  • No charge on loads you found yourself
  • Month to month with short written notice to cancel
Common questions

Before you get started

We charge a flat percentage of the linehaul on loads we book for you. The exact percentage depends on your equipment, lanes, and fleet size, and we agree it in writing before you start. There are no setup fees, no per-load charges, and nothing owed for a week you don't run.

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Rates move with the market, the lane, the season, and the equipment. What we commit to is negotiating hard on every load and telling you honestly when a lane is paying poorly rather than pushing you onto cheap freight.

Never. There's no forced dispatch here. We send you the lane, the rate, the commodity, and the appointment times, and you decide. Turning down a load costs you nothing.

Your MC authority letter, a Certificate of Insurance showing auto liability and cargo coverage, a W-9, a signed dispatch agreement, and a Notice of Assignment if you factor. Most carriers are booked on their first load within 24 to 48 hours of sending those over.
