When you submit our contact form, we collect what you provide:

- Company name, MC or DOT number, and years in business
- Equipment type, number of trucks, current location, and preferred operating area
- Any message you choose to include
We also record the page you submitted from and your IP address, used to reduce spam submissions and for basic security. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.

- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your dispatch requirements
- To understand your equipment and lanes so we can advise you accurately
- To set you up with brokers if you become a client
- To keep a record of our communication with you
- To protect this website from automated and abusive submissions
4. Sharing your information
We share limited information with service providers who help us operate — our email provider and website host. They may use it only to provide that service to us.
If you become a dispatch client, we share the operational details brokers require to book your loads: your authority, insurance certificate, equipment, and contact information. That is the core of the service and we only share what a broker needs to set you up.
We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or a valid request from a regulatory authority such as the FMCSA.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records. Client records are retained as long as required for tax, accounting, and regulatory purposes. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
6. Your choices
Email PrismatixLogistics@gmail.com to request a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on your state of residence — California, Colorado, Virginia, and others have specific privacy laws — you may have additional statutory rights. We honor these requests regardless of which state you're in.

This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function, such as the security cookie protecting our contact form against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
