We search load boards and work our broker relationships to find freight that fits your equipment, your current location, and the lanes you actually want to run. You see the load details before anything is booked — nothing gets accepted without your say-so.

Rate Negotiation
We negotiate directly with brokers on your behalf, using current market data for the lane. We can't promise a specific number — nobody honestly can — but we'll tell you straight when a rate is below what the lane should pay, and we'll keep looking.
Lane-based rate benchmarking
Detention and layover negotiated up front
Honest guidance on weak lanes
Broker Communication
We become the point of contact for brokers: check calls, appointment changes, delay notifications, and the back-and-forth that eats your day. You drive; we handle the phone.
Check calls handled for you
Appointment scheduling and changes
Escalation when a broker goes quiet
Paperwork & Documentation
We review every rate confirmation before you sign it, flag terms that could cost you, handle carrier packet setup with new brokers, and keep your documents organized so billing doesn't stall.
Rate cons reviewed before you sign
Carrier packet setup with new brokers
BOL and POD follow-up
Lane & Trip Planning
We plan your next load while you're still running the current one, so you're not sitting empty at delivery. The goal is a week that works as a route, not a series of disconnected runs into dead markets.
Next load lined up before delivery
Deadhead kept down
Home time planned into the route
Detention, TONU & Layover
Detention, truck-order-not-used, and layover claims get filed and followed up. We can't guarantee a broker pays — that's their call — but unclaimed accessorials are money left on the table, and we make sure the claim is at least on record.
Detention documented from arrival
TONU claims filed
Layover negotiated before you sit
Factoring Coordination
If you factor, we coordinate paperwork with your factoring company so submissions are clean and complete. We're not a factoring company and we don't lend — we just make sure documents don't hold up your money.

Clean, complete submissions
Non-factored carriers supported too
Compliance Support
We track your COI expiration, authority status, and broker packet renewals, and give you a heads-up before something lapses and costs you loads. Compliance stays your responsibility — we're the reminder, not the authority.

What we don’t do
Plenty of dispatch services stay vague about their limits until
something goes wrong. Here are ours, up front.
Knowing where a service stops is as useful as knowing where it starts.
If you need something on this list, we’ll tell you honestly and
point you toward someone who actually does it.
We are not a freight broker. We work for you, the carrier — we don’t hold freight or take a cut from both sides.
We don’t guarantee rates or revenue. Anyone promising a fixed rate per mile is guessing or selling you something.
We are not a factoring company. We coordinate with yours; we don’t advance funds or lend.
We don’t provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. We’ll flag a bad contract term, but your attorney should read the contract.
We don’t manage your compliance. We send reminders before your COI or authority lapses — the responsibility stays yours.
We can’t force a broker to pay. We file and chase claims, but the decision is theirs.
Running more than one truck?
Fleet dispatch that doesn’t bid against itself
When several trucks are dispatched independently, they end up chasing
the same loads in the same market and driving down their own rate. We
plan your fleet as one operation — coordinated lanes, staggered
deliveries, and a single dispatcher who knows every truck.
