Straight answers, including about money
These are the questions carriers actually ask on the first call. If yours isn't here, call us and ask it.
We charge a flat percentage of the linehaul on loads we book for you. The exact percentage depends on your equipment, lanes, and fleet size, and we agree it in writing before you start. There are no setup fees, no per-load charges, and nothing owed for a week you don't run.
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Rates move with the market, the lane, the season, and the equipment. What we commit to is negotiating hard on every load and telling you honestly when a lane is paying poorly rather than pushing you onto cheap freight.
Never. There's no forced dispatch here. We send you the lane, the rate, the commodity, and the appointment times, and you decide. Turning down a load costs you nothing.
Your MC authority letter, a Certificate of Insurance showing auto liability and cargo coverage, a W-9, a signed dispatch agreement, and a Notice of Assignment if you factor. Most carriers are booked on their first load within 24 to 48 hours of sending those over.
No. Our agreement runs month to month with a short written notice period to cancel. We'd rather keep your business by performing than by trapping you in paperwork.
Yes. New authorities are harder for the first 90 days — many brokers require six months before they'll work with you, and some load boards restrict access. We'll be upfront about which brokers will take you now and which won't, and we work the ones that will.
We coordinate the paperwork with your factoring company so submissions are clean and nothing gets kicked back. We are not a factoring company and we don't advance funds. If you don't factor, we'll help make sure your invoices and PODs are complete before you bill.
Call us. We notify the broker, work on rescheduling the appointment, and negotiate layover or TONU where it applies. We can't fix your truck, but we can keep the freight side from becoming a second problem.
Both. Most of our carriers run one to five trucks, and the service scales — larger fleets get a dedicated dispatcher and coordinated planning so your trucks aren't bidding against each other on the same lane.
All 48 contiguous states. Whether you want to run regional and be home weekly, or run coast to coast, we build the plan around how you want to operate — not around what's easiest for us to book.
